To dissent is to think and feel differently and in the early stages of a change in society it is comfortable to feel that one is part of a group. But humans have not evolved much and new power structures emerge in the place of the displaced. Through a perceived lack of legitimacy these new structures are often more corrupt, more explicitly violent than their predecessors in their grasp on power
The challenge in dissent is to maintain a sense of integrity, of honesty and a distrust of what can be seen to be a dissent Industry.
