Beginning with a personal intervention on the space developed by the Light's Festive Tents installation, I began with what was initially a reenactment of the discovery of a singular structure by shepherds in the fields of Arcadia, "Arcadian Shepherds, 1640" painted by Nicolas Poussin.

As this investigation developed, the figures of the Shepherds changed in their roles. The lead shepherd begins to decipher the text and his companions and the figure of Wisdom are translated—picked up and moved inside the structure by the dialectic of the discovered text. It seems no accident that the lead shepherd has discovered the Ego of the text.
